I have decided that I will write books. Something u may not know about me is that I’ve been writing stories for a long time it was always something personal for me but now I’m ready to share my stories with the world. My books are about being in Love, Heartbreak, Sex, betrayal and all of the things that I’ve been thru in my life. Filed in a California court, the suit was pushed forward by a federal judge, who says there was sufficient evidence because Usher and his associates had access to songwriter Slaughter's song “Reasons” and could have possibly used it to produce “Burn.”

According to Billboard.com, the judge denied the dismissal of the case based on summary judgment, because a musicologist found that there is a substantial similarity between the two tracks.Usher's attorney has filed a motion asking the U.S. District Court Judge to reconsider the decision to throw out the case.

Fantasia Barrino is the top earner of the three, raking in $4 million. The season three winner, who will star in the forthcoming film Mahalia! later this year, released the top selling album ‘Back to Me’ as well as a multi-city tour of the same name.Sparks, who is the youngest winner in the shows history, followed Fantasia with $3 million.

Her earnings are attributed to album sales, her headlining ‘Battlefield tour,’ endorsement deals, her clothing line, starring on Broadway’s In The Heights and special appearances.Songstress Jennifer Hudson raked in a cool $2 million.
